Over the years, the Founder and CEO, Franco Fiorin, has acquired and matured technological skills and domain experiences in various market sectors.

With this strong belief, he surrounded himself with collaborators with significant experience, acquired in very large national and multinational companies.

Franco Fiorin

In ICT since the 70s.

In high school, after having developed algorithms on paper and having convinced the Principal, in 1976 he pushed the school to equip itself with a Burroughs 62 computer, with six terminals and six hard copy printers, worth 68 million lire.

Exceptional result: a complete accounting program was created, with VAT management (born in Italy in 1973), the warehouse and functionality for managing salary slips. The newspaper “Il Sole 24 ore” highlighted it, praising teachers (initially reluctant towards the project) and management bodies for the futuristic choice. In the mid-80s, he began his professional career, working on avionics systems, at the Aviano NATO base.

The Database: a passion that leads him to collaborate with the American Armed Forces, for the choice of Oracle as a database. In 1984 he left NATO to dedicate himself to this environment. In the following years, many of his ideas took shape, such as the TELECOM prepaid card. He still developed industrial projects and, in the early nineties, obtained a patent for industrial laundries, which allowed him to set up a company.

From the success of the prepaid card, a further project was born for the management of all traffic data of TIM itself, which obtained the first Data Warehouse: 6 months of development with 3 large Italian companies, a cluster of 5 Digital Alfa 8900s, 6 disk storage cabinets and very high throughput. The same Digital Equipment Corporation, from the United States, transfers eight engineers to Padua to solve system bugs.

The cost: €32M. It immediately proved to be a great success. The system hosts competitor data and price lists, comparing them and their competitiveness in the market. Projects, predominantly Data Warehouse, become a constant in his career. Firmly convinced that human value includes ability, commitment and constant dedication to planning, he constantly stimulates his collaborators to go further, to make their spirit creative and effervescent.

Enrico Fiorin

After completing his studies at the University of Padua and Venice Ca’ Foscari, in 2014 Enrico began his professional experience, taking his first steps in a small company, where his consultancy skills quickly emerged.

His natural propensity for cultivating interpersonal relationships allows him to join the Young Entrepreneurs Group of Assindustria Venetocentro, now Confindustria Veneto Est, a regional branch of Confindustria, as a Councillor, and begins to develop his Network, also expanding it beyond borders.

He consolidated his experience and in 2016, he joined the ICT4B2B Srl company as a partner. In a short period of time and thanks to the experience gained, he took on the responsibility of HR Manager and Industrial Relations. He enriches his consultancy skills by training, through the Institute for Foreign Trade-ICE, in “Oil Trading” in London and Dubai.

Despite his young age, Enrico is a strategic shareholder in staffing, human resources management and in creating synergies between companies.
